Medical health benefits are provided through a fully-insured group purchasing of the Prudent Buyer Program provided by Anthem Blue Cross. Anthem Blue Cross provides the doctor and hospital provider network and prescription drug service used by JPA employees and monitors claims files for appropriateness and compliance with the fee schedule set by Anthem Blue Cross.

A plan summary and comparison as well as a rate matrix of all plans are provided at the links below. Open Enrollment is held annually from May 1st through June 15th and becomes effective on July 1st.
